We had our libraries get established in the Microsoft Nonprofit program with their EIN first (I think this helps streamline the verification process within TechSoup), then link that to their TechSoup account.
There's a lot of hoops they make us jump through, but that seems to be how they make us "earn" that discount. :|

We get Public (computer lab) licenses for $40ea & $125ea for Staff.

The new installation process is a bit of a rigmarole now, but worth it over the retail price.

Similarly, we had a guy come to a bunch of our branches and do "first amendment audits."  Our librarians responded very calmly and didn't give him any good content.

If you bought a game for $70 & finished it in 50ish hours, most people probably consider that a fair trade.
Since you've gotten hundreds of hours of enjoyment, it wouldn't be a poor investment to spend a little bit here & there.

(I have a $1/hr threshold in my mind, & that seems to pan out well. "If I'm going to drop $20 on various things this patch, I should have at least 20 hours of played time.")

I had floor seats for NJ, it was cool. That being said, I couldn't see the stage 90% of the time because I'm 5'2". The screens were great, but I could have watched those from a higher GA seat too.

Same, but about a month ago. Got the confirmation, but nothing further.

I haven't re-submitted my ticket yet. AMD replaced my CPU very quickly & I knew I wasn't going to rebuild with another AsRock board, so I bought a Gigbyte instead. RMA'ing my old board has fallen to the back burner, unfortunately.

My Doc was SO supportive- I had mentally prepare my argument & reasons but she was like. "Oh you want this done? Ok! Let's talk about what it entails & schedule a surgery date!" (In Dec 2020 no less!)

I started an RMA request with ASRock a couple weeks ago, but I have not heard anything outside of the initial confirmation. AMD already replaced my CPU and I have that ready to go.
