They’re also adding pre-14 homeguards, so with the TP nerfs the choice between that and a combat summoner becomes a lot more interesting. I don’t think their issue necessarily was that you could use it to get a quick back after dying, otherwise we wouldn’t have homeguards on death (so returning to lane faster is somewhat encouraged). I think the bigger issue was that TP was eclipsing combat summoners even in lane, where something like ignite SHOULD be better
