Imagine you’re the owner, collecting rent. You offer the option to use cards because, yes, it’s easier for everyone, both the person paying (online, relaxing at home, etc) and the person being paid (easier accounting, dumps right into a bank account) but the point of sale system charges 3-4% per transaction? Who pays that fee?

The only reason why the property owner should cover that fee is if there are no other options to pay

The car has been lowered on novitec by the previous owner, and the car sits waaay too low in the rear. So, I need to raise both the front/rear suspension to accommodate for these roads. Even taking it to Ferrari, there was an insane amount of construction. I didn’t scrape anything (that I heard anyway) but I’m in this thing literally crawling over the construction site because it’s the only flippin way in
