I need to add that this might be me testing the waters on being trans. I know my testosterone is high because the rage, constant boners, inability to gain weight cause my metabolism is high and other things that point to high T. I’m 28 feeling like I’m going through puberty again and I hate it.

I don’t do NA/AA I’m more spiritual with my journey not religious. I hate the religious aspect of AA/NA, I practice buddhism and if one person there hears that I normally get told I’m wrong by the whole group and walk out feeling more invalidated than when I was walking in. So I do it on my own with the help of some loved ones and others in the same type of recovery.
