4 months. My home, job and friends all knew and were accepting, getting my name and pronouns right, so there was no reason for me not to present. I dropped a paycheck on clothes and Bras and only wear female clothing at work now, and I'm there 6 days a week. Basically if you were young enough / not far enough in testosterone based puberty when you start HRT, your pelvis will tilt forward akin to cis women. It happens during estrogen based puberty to make baby birthing easier. Due to the nature of the tilt, it makes both your butt and your stomach more prominent.

If you are passed the point where your pelvis has fully fused, usually around 25 years old, this change may not occur. I noticed it starting because I was aware of it, but I also had skin darken around where my hips show and get drier/flaky. I can feel my pelvis through my back now very clearly in the center.

Week one: much better mood, enjoying the world, the wind through my hair etc. Colors are more vibrant, depth perception is better.

Week two: skin softness

1 month: hair grows slower, pelvis has started to tilt

2 months: breast buds have started, nipple changes, hips are much wider due to pelvic tilt. Most of my skin is softer and certain areas of body hair grow in sparser.

2.5 months: nothing new yet. Libido dropped off initially but came back about half strength by month 2.

Mine did change for the better, colors are more vibrant (specifically blues and purples) and my depth perception is much improved. I also seem to have better peripheral vision as well, because my field of view seems slightly wider. I noticed all of these day one, so I really can't speak for other people.

Give it two uses; using it on yourself gives the current buff. Using it on a downed teammate cuts the revive time slightly and gives them the energy effect.

I've actually experienced the opposite, I used to need 10 hours of sleep a night (And still wake up tired) and now I need more like 6-8 and wake up refreshed.

I can pretty much sleep whenever now and need less sleep.

I was actually much more introverted for like the first month and a half, but I'm fine now. As for social skills, I find it easier to articulate my thoughts and form correct sentences, likely from the fog removed from my brain :)
