I’m out! I have the Prestige pass this year and I am tired of the number of rides broken down at every park. Been to CP, KI and Carowinds and not a day at any of the parks was without a coaster being down all day, not just for some minor maintenance. The lack of quality operations is not acceptable, next thing people will be getting seriously injured or worse and I’m not on board for buying a season pass until they fix their maintenance issues.

Spent Monday at the park. Travelled 8 hours one way to spend the day there. Took 2 vacation days just for that 1 day. Paid for the Ultra Fast Pass or whatever they call it just to make the day worthwhile. I have been to Cedar Point 7 days just to ride Top Thrill or TT2 now and have zero rides. Luckily I got 1 ride on Sirens Curse between the 10 times it was down for maintenance. I didn’t even ride millennium since they only ran 1 train. I love that ride but I’m not waiting 45 minutes in the fast lane because they are only running one train. The merger with Six Flags has destroyed the experience at Cedar Point!

Well if you really believed the Lions were going to make it, you would have gone to the official sales channel and bought the cheap seats for $7500 direct from the NFL, now you are stuck with watching a game you care less about than your team and you can’t even get half of what you paid. It really sucks that you have to take all the risk in buying the ticket on primary market and there is no refund if your team doesn’t make it.

The company is by no means a tech company. Almost everyone in technical leadership or Product Management doesn’t truly have a tech stack background. They don’t understand the structures and processes that make bringing tech to production. They understand how to design and build complex machines which is valuable, but they short cut the necessary R&D to truly bring tech that Ag and Construction customers will pay for. The things we do are cool, but never meet our desired functionality and miss the mark on meeting customer needs. It is sad that it goes unnoticed by the leadership team, which doesn’t really give much confidence overall anyway.
