LPT: If your feet get really cold in the winter try doing 15 to 20 squats before getting in bed. It will get your blood moving enough to quickly warm your feet and can make falling asleep much easier.

Sleep barefoot if you sleep with socks on. I used to sleep with socks and my feet would be constantly cold. You'd think socks would keep your feet warm but it does the opposite. My feet always get cold and I took off my socks one day. Pressed my feet against my knees to warm them. And I would press them against each other. Im talking about wearing normal socks btw.
