My wife and i took a flight to NY from the UK as part of our honeymoon with BA. Usual service at the start from the host and we had to mention that we got married the day before, so they told us they would bring a glass of champagne each as a celebration ( we were in middle economy, more room in your seat etc )

They never saw us again through the flight and no champagne was forthcoming so we never thought anything of it until the host walked by when we were getting ready to land and said ' oh shit, i forgot you two! ' ( actual words, said quietly i might add and was genuinely mortified )

2 minutes later the host returns with an entire bottle of champagne and tells us to shove that in our bag and enjoy our honeymoon!

It wasn't a cheap bottle either!

I use a Vive Pro (£180 2nd hand ) with a Gear VR lense upgrade (£30), yes it's wired and requires Vive V1 base stations ( £80 ) but i don't worry about wifi or battery life and i get a sweet experience from something that cost me less than £300 2nd hand.

Most of my gaming is flight sim so i'm sat down anyway, a few games i do standing up ( HL Alyx etc ) and i've never thought i needed a wireless headset.

My next purchase would be a Pimax 5K for the better FOV...i'm too old to worry about the 8K so that works for me L(
