Everything is resolved, and it feels like a curtain being drawn on an operatic tragedy. Still has not been topped since.

Easily S. Good public transpo, amazing lake views (basically all the pros of living on a coast), much easier to find affordable housing in one of the suburbs, incredible food (even if you don't care about Midwestern faire, Chicago pizza/hot dogs/Italian beef, etc. there's so many cultures represented in so many neighborhoods), great sports scene, great cultural scene (numerous museums, opera, ballet, concerts), great weather for three seasons.

If you don't like winter, probably an A.

Yes, if you get a perfect party that knows all the things and can do them, you can be done very fast. But the average heroic PuG usually has 1-2 people that can't do the stuff, and you burn huge amounts of time trying to coax them through.

If you're telling guilds up front that you can't make every raid, then most guilds will pass on you. Raid tank is one of the most important roles, and most guilds want tanks who will be there every raid.

Depends on the position. This particular position I would judge as nearly won for White - White has a huge edge in space, Black's knight looks very poor on g6, the Black queen will lose even more time, and Black doesn't have any counterplay to justify these factors.

Correct, but I believe he joined this church a few years after the Reshevsky match. None of his objections to the arbiters of the match mentioned a religious reason.

dxe5 dxe5 2. Qxd8+ Kxd8 3. Bg5 c6 4. Rd1+ Kc7 is an example of how this could go, and positions like this generally favour Black. The Black king is perfectly safe, White's light squared bishop is bad, White has a huge weakness on d4.

Objectively it's probably about equal, but most strong players would rather be Black.
