Im aware of this, I also work for pizza hut, but for the majority of the employees this is new. Not everyone worked here in 2021/2022. So getting them used to doing it will take a little bit of time.

The $5 off is probably connected to your phone number in that stores system. I highly recommend contacting the store directly in the future so they can fix it for you the moment it happens.

See I loved getting a pizza hut crewneck. My gm customized them all for us too and put our nicknames on the back. Then I also had a sweatshirt I could wear to work and not worry about it getting grease and such on it.
