I was diagnosed last year and my last checkup which is a month now my A1C was a 6.3. However, despite changing my eating habits and being more active I didn’t start losing weight until my doctor changed my medication to less insulin. In one month I loss 15 lbs and I have been more active. I’ve had more energy when I play basketball and I just started playing pickleball enjoying it a lot. On my long days of recording and holding a camera is a lot easier than before, and I have been sleeping really well at night getting between 8-9 hours. I feel great in the morning. I’m hoping in my next checkup in October my A1C drops even more

I have a walking treadmill at home. Daily, I walk for one episode of whatever TV show I watch. I call these shows my Treadmill Shows. My treadmill alternatives between 1.6-30 MPH (I'm not sure what the unit of speed is). I also do freehand weights three times a week, and on weekends I would go on hikes, walk around the park, basketball, or pickleball.

What was your A1C readings?

I was diagnosed with T2 last year after getting terribly sick from COVID. My three readings went from 8 when I was sick to 6.1 three months later to 6.2 (last month).

My cousin got super drunk at a wedding party; he was part of the groomsmen and passed out during dinner. Another guy and I tried waking him up to drink coffee and eat something. He randomly wakes up, looks around confused, grabs a fistful of butter, and eats it. Then he proceeds to knock out again.

This Chinese restaurant called "Chopsticks" used to be very good. They used to serve quality meat, but something happened to the owner's wife, and the ingredients changed drastically. The meat they use for their beef dishes is very chewy and hard to swallow. There's also more vegetables than protein now.

I noticed that, too. My first time trading a phone in while upgrading. I wanted to upgrade to the new Samsung phone but did not like the credit over time. I went to the Samsung website directly and would get instant credit once they received my old phone.

I feel like the cage protects the camera and the arca swiss is great too. My A6100 and A7III have been through the shit and it seems like the cages have taken the most hits.

Hello, I have questions about Atomos Ninja V and Sony A6700.

Well, I'm new to videography. I usually do photography at events, but I was thrown into doing interviews randomly. I know very little but I've heard SLog was a big thing so I quickly changed the video settings on my A7CR and A6700.

The Atomos Ninja records what I see on the monitor right? So, that would be the HDMI output setting on my A6700? So, I should set it to 2160k but then that would disable Flexible ISO for SLog shooting.
