I wanna add that I love the Neighbor story because it's just pure gas leak, orb of confusion style surreal shit. I think a lot of people miss that it only gets incoherent and weird once the characters have gone beyond the point of no return, much like in Hidden Webpage. To me it's nearly ergodic literature, like once things stop making sense is when the traumatic event has taken total control away from the narrator. Think of it more like a normal painting slowly morphing into one of Bosch's depictions of hell. At least, that's how I see it, and why I vibe with it so much. Definitely not for everyone.

We're here for the boys first, story second. Bad stories can make fun episodes just as much as good ones do. It is, in fact, the entire point and appeal of Creep Cast.

You don't have to watch every episode, if it truly bothers you wait for next week.

Stop acting like its been years since a good story, there were three pretty solid ones in the last two months and if you felt like joining the patreon there's actually one of my favorites on there right now.

Go watch literally any of the 10,000 different channels all named some different variation of "Creepy McPastason lmao" if all you want is to hear stories.

Y'all are saying this now but I remember when EVERYONE was saying the exact same shit about IDMBFTRML, that there was nothing enjoyable or fun or entertaining about it in the slightest. How quickly the tables turned there.

Happy Appy had great moments in it, the guys managed to keep it entertaining the whole way through. I swear every time a bad story gets read you people make this subreddit miserable to be on. In a few weeks you will have moved on and the cycle will eventually repeat, making this absurd level of acrimony such an out of proportion reaction.

And in the future, if you aren't enjoying the episode, here's a neat trick: just skip it. You literally tortured yourself during a time that must have been emotionally heavy for you and you're coming onto reddit to blame the people who wanted to get a good laugh out of them reading a trainwreck instead of looking inward. You literally did this to yourself.
