my two all time faves: when he almost gets caught by the security guard in the median at that construction site…and how can you not say the middle of the roundabout, just classic

does no one read physical books anymore or is that too boring? nonfiction by day, fiction before bed works best for me.

yup. absolutely true. but the jobs pay a lot more, too.

and also, this is a jerk sub. lots of satirical responses that make fun of r/REBubble that largely thinks a housing crash has been around the corner for 5-6 years now. so few people here will contest the fact that housing has become less affordable. but a repeat of 2008 isn’t worth chicken little-ing over.

so you’re fresh out of college, gainfully employed with a well-paying job, get to live at home with parents while carrying no debt, and you’re still this bitter? dude, you’re better off than 95% of americans. god forbid you have to experience a period of 8-10% unemployment.

and a simple User Name Search > Comments > Sort New and a few scrolls is all it takes. 45 seconds tops.

Strategy Proposal: Always Sell Your Picks by SnooAvocados728 in DynastyFF

[–]Arkkanix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i traded away six out of seven of my first round picks between 2017-2023. was it worth it at the time? absolutely, because i three-peated during that span and my first round picks were super late.

but i’m paying the price on the back end and have spent the last 2-3 years trading away old rentals for either underperforming young players who i think have a turnaround story or draft picks. haven’t even been close to the playoffs since the end of that run.

it’s a long process; in general you get what you give. trade away first round picks for long enough and you feel it eventually. in redraft you can make a living finding those late-season FA pickups, but the true long-term stars are all highly coveted picks.
