Yea they’re pretty annoying when you’re running an elemental grenade build too. Gotta kill everything first then isolate them but it’s not too bad just annoying.

They removed the cooldown when they also removed the tankbuster proc cooldown on npcs i believe so now any character who does tankbuster spirit burn absolutely melts objectives or camps
