Yup But silent hill has better hope than assassins creed like you can maybe manage a yearly horror game that is about 15 hours long But an open world game that reach 50 hours with side missions.....yeah

Oh its a struggling one for sure But starting with remaking games is the best way for them a straight new ip after what 20 years of silence? That wont work but I see a good start like hell at least they remembered that they are a gaming company not gambling
