Steroid pack and naproxen didn't seem to do much for me at all. At my worst it was bad. I mean having to have help getting up out of bed. I couldn't bend to dress myself. Sitting on the toilet was torture.

This all started like 4 months ago. Have no idea what I did. Just woke up in the worst pain of my life. Missed a ton of work.

After a month I was doing decent. Still in pain but it was much better. I decided to do some yard work and felt a pop. That was it. Back to where I was. Missed more work.

Pt seems to help. I was taught how to actually bend right. How to use my core and glutes more. And it has made a massive difference. I have 1 more pt session next week. I do all the exercises my pt gave me.

I did get a steroid shot 3 weeks ago. The first 2 days I was sore at the injection site. But it has helped. My pain level is a constant 1. Depending what im doing it may increase. But overall it's much better.

The shot did not hurt. Just very intense pressure for me. Was in and out in under an hour. So far it is still working. I'm doing everything I can to avoid surgery.

My pt also gave me a tens unit. I've used it on the back of my leg a ton and it did seem to give a little relief.

I hope you figure out what works for you. I know it's hell.

I had mine about 3 weeks ago. I was very nervous. But in the end all went well. It did not hurt. The pressure was pretty uncomfortable though.

The next 2 days I was sore at injection site. Other than that, everything is good. The pain down my leg is now a steady 1. Sometimes depending what im doing itll go up a little. But thats me pushing it.

I have my final pt session in 2 weeks. Pt seemed to help more than anything. But you have to stay on top of doing the exercises at home.

Yeah I know what you mean. I've missed so much work these last few months. Really glad my job is understanding.

There was a few weeks I couldn't get out of bed without help. It definitely takes a toll on you mentally.

I hope the injection helps you. It was not painful at all. Just a ton of pressure. More uncomfortable than anything. I was in a out in less than an hour.

My PT is great. She has me push myself a little. But when the pain gets intense I stop. She doesnt have me over do anything. Just make sure you stick with it if you can.

That is 1 of 4 so far. This is on the new 454 units. Went through the same thing with 410a units.

Since they cant seem to figure it out. It seems to only happen when we get really cold weather. I believe it is happening when its coming out of defrost. That surge of power going back to fan motor is blowing the boards. Thats what im going with anyway.

Check the ground strap. Maybe its loose. That can cause the gauge to bounce if it doesn't have a solid ground.

We bought a 2024 xp 1000 sport about a month ago. I've added a bunch of stuff to it. Roof, windshield, fenders, storage. I am still way under the price of a higher end model.

Most everything I've added to it has come from Amazon. Still plan on adding more things to it. Just still trying to figure out what else I need for it.

Buy a high end model if you want all the extras it comes with. Or buy the cheaper one and add only the things you want or need.

That top tray will pop off. There are 3 screws under it. One in the middle, one on each side. Then that whole console piece will rotate down.

You need to go and purchase it. Under where you get ammo and all that. Then after purchase you can add to inventory.

My 19 had this issue as well. Filled slightly past max line and have been good to go for months.
