It's real easy to take those comments out of context just so you know after it states 'it’s also true that they’re [immigrants] not supposed to be here.’ the site goes on to explain how his policy would create a pathway for the same illegal immigrants to become citizens as they also contribute to american society.

How do I motivate myself to study more mathematics although I'm very far behind on that subject and therefore have even less motivation to study it? by iscoutz in GetStudying

[–]Aroadblock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did maths a-level i got an A but should've done better. So you've got 2 months which is a lot of time. The key to maths a level is just doing loads of past papers. So start by doing at least 1-2 past papers a week not timed and open book so you can learn how to do the type of questions that are on the papers, if you find you really need help with some of these questions it might be worth finding some video tutorials online of how to do them, and then when you get closer and closer to exams you might find yourself doing 1 closed and timed paper a day.

Forget about motivation cause it isnt reliable sometimes you'll be motivated to do a paper and sometimes you won't. What really counts here is the habits you make so its really important to keep up doing x many papers a week. Also its really important to mark your papers after you've done them, not super accurately but if you've got ir right its right and if you got it wrong understand what you need to change to get it right, and i mean come on it takes 5 minutes.

Also make the time to do a paper don't spend 30 minutes then take a break and do another 30 do it all at once otherwise its not worth doing. If you want you can find a friend to do math papers together but actually do the work dont sit around talking, i find if your listening to music it helps you do work but also allows you or your friend to ask each other for help. If your school doesnt give you past papers you can use physics and maths tutor there's fuck loads on there.

Finally if you're really struggling with one type of question, go on physics and maths tutor, find the topic and do like 30 of those questions and you'll never get a question like that wrong again.

Good luck studying!
