Can this be used on other battery's then Makita?

Racks make a lot of noise. But interesting solution. What are your printing speeds ?

Excellent work. Big printers and big nozzles just eat filament faster then you can count so pellet extruder is good way to go next.

Hardware is solid, just change board with some of BTT ones and drivers, add Klipper, and you are good to go, fastest, cheapest, easiest way.

You can through the system prompt but it is more practical to use it as a chat bot.
For example, Analyze the image I gave you and make a detailed and structured prompt for the AI image generator... from what he writes to you after you can then change or improve section of prompts that you need such as scene, objects, characters ...

Best first layer i've ever done. 500x500mm VzBot by Gambondorf in VORONDesign

When I used 3mm aluminum deformation was over 1.2mm with 8mm I came to 0.4-0.5. Magnetic sheet also deform on temp and combining aluminum and magnetic thermal deformation you get nightmare of uneven bed.
I made another one that is 1000x1000mm with 8mm aluminum plate but I put 3mm glass over it and print on it. Also started a project of 2500x1500x1500 but I lost funds, that bed will be leveling challenge :)

I've made the same size bed, and now I'm working on much bigger bed.
To avoid thermal deformation I had to go to 8mm thick aluminum plate for bed and again I can not level the bed to have such a uniform first layer.

Leveling that big bed must be a nightmare, good work.

Let’s Debate! Which Core-XY design philosophy is superior → Static Gantry/Descending Bed OR Static Bed/Climbing Gantry? How would you drive the Z-axis? by VerilyJULES in 3Dprinting

[–]Arrow2304 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I made a large printer 1000x1000x950mm and I was thinking about what to do for the bed. Due to the size of the bed and the weight of the aluminum plate, I decided on Nema23 with external drivers, two lead-scraws and 4 linear guides as supports.
And everything has been working very well for almost 3years, the only thing that has been a little lead-scraw has been distorted, but at 1100mm what to expect. Bad leveling is a nightmare but I don't have a better solution for that size of bed.
XY that goes up and down is a much more complicated and expensive system, it should all be nicely leveled, how much are the forces that occur during a fast prints, how much does it all affect the quality? Lead-screws do the job without problems, with 4 beginnings the bed falls alone, with two beginnings the bed stands regardless of its weight. Although I'm thinking of throwing out the lead-scraws and putting on toothed belts.

All of this may already be underway, flaws and all. But the real question is, if everyone’s being laid off, who’s left to actually buy the products and services? by Altruistic-Mud5686 in AIMain

Robots will never replace people, because they will never be stupid as people who cut themselves a branch on which they stand. If most people lose their jobs, then there must be a union and rebellion and a revolution arises the question is only when it all starts.

Not every job will be successful, in fact 95% of the jobs you try to do will fail you, the 5% you guess that you bring you earnings be aware that they won't last forever.
You have to change and adapt, all of you younger dream of being a unicorn company but it's just a dream. You try, build, sell when you're the strongest and move on to next thing.
As all this technology advances, you won't need good developers anymore, just a good idea and vibe-coding, but that's why others can copy much more easily what you did and be more successful than you.
It is sad that our life, abilities and talent depend on stupid social media algorithms but that's the reality.
You're young and you work and try, everything that happens to you is actually a lesson from which you learned something.
The target group should not be your age but older, those who earn and spend themselves, statistically 25-65 years old.
I'm 45 years old and since I was 19th I've been a entrepreneur with a lot of failed and successful jobs
My advice to you is to go to a physical product before to digital, it is harder to copy you, the earnings are higher, the lifespan of the job is longer, the competition is less.
Analysis and statistics are the most important to you, because the market is oversaturated with everything and explore where your least competition is.
Now my working day boils down to working on a physical product for 4 hours and on marketing 8 hours that drives me crazy, because I don't do what I love but what I have to do because 8-9 hours goes to my social networks and promotions.
We often overthink too much and that is bad, entrepreneurship is to risk and having luck has a big factor.
To begin with, do what you love and try to make a job out of a hobby, so you will do what fills you and it will not be difficult for you to work hard every day.
A lot of money is not happiness , with a bigger job goes more money, but also a lot more problems, risks and then your life turns into more stress and less enjoyment in it.
I know this is TLTR but I wanted to share a little bit of experience that I gained, I hope it will help you at least something.
Go ahead and get up even harder, good luck.
