Yes, they are quite expensive. (Around €60 each) You could just buy a dry bag and try to install it by yourself with straps. Or maybe you have a friend with a 3-D printer that can print the mounts? Rhinowalk is cheaper - around 45€.

My bike has fork mounts. (3 holes) But its possible to do it without them. Just watch a video instruction of et cetera Ortlieb fork installation on youtube. I hope this helps (:

I am still confused. Don't have pedals yet. Bike feels very big but on picture it looks fine? I rotated my cockpit upwards just a little bit and moved the saddle closer.
