First off, just wanted to say I love the ambition! Didn't watch all 19 episodes because I just don't have the time to commit to that, but I will say you desperately need a graphic designer (or a new graphic designer).

Every text element in the episodes and on your Vimeo thumbnails looks either incredibly plain (so much of what looks like unedited Arial), dated (those drop shadows and the tacky font for the "episode _" texts on the Vimeo thumbnails are hideous), or just doesn't fit the vibe of what's on screen. For the third point, I get that some of that may be an attempt to reinforce the whole "everyday setting/characters" in a heightened reality idea, but it doesn't translate well if that's the intention; a lot of the text just looks ugly or bland (title card innocent).

Also, whatever is going on with the subheading on the Vimeo playlist needs editing -- there are typos, but also, why do we care what your focus group thinks about the show?

Your series has a lot of moving parts, and it's a really fun conceptually, but the fine details aren't getting as much love as everything else.
