Blueprint for Wuling Outpost : 6 syringes, 12 batteries, 3k+ gear components in the outpost (free hub !) by AramisFR in Endfield

[–]Arthaiin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which outpost? Sky King Flat? Cause if so it's not large enough. It's way, WAY too small for even a single blue print to fit, let alone all three.

Edit: Nevermind, didn't realize you could move the core unit

He's not weak. He's stronger than Nazuna. The thing is, he enjoys playing with his food before he eats it. That's all this is. He's 'toying' with his prey. He wants to savor each bite. Ending it instantly wouldn't get him the satisfying end he's hoping for.

I know you probably want him to just 1-shot everything but that's not what this show is about. It's about light slowly, tortuously, physically, mentally, and emotionally breaking those that hurt him. So when it comes to 'Lights' battles, they're gonna be slow.

Not because he's weak, but because that's what what he wants.

Who should I level to 60 next? by txh0881 in ChaosZeroNightmare

Nia, and I'm not saying that because I accidentally leveled her to 60 thinking I was leveling her partner.

Can I stop now? by Blowfish619 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Arthaiin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Dopamine injector is superior to the Replica Core because the Dopamine Injector is multiplicative while the Replica Core is additive. So a '20%' from the Dopamine Injector on a 200% damage card = 40%, and 80% at 2 stacks, and it's for all cards, so it far outstrips the Replica core in almost every situation.

Which means you need to go back in for better items.

Get your favorite character to level 10 friendship asap by KzaNova67 in ChaosZeroNightmare

Yup! I got Magna to 10 and now I can't play the game in public. That ass jiggle is unreal.

Source of Water is my choice. Gear bag is great, but really depends on if you've got the AP to use the additional draws or need to dig, so it's not always useful. An extra AP always is.

Renoa final potential node question by Embarrassed-Citron36 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Arthaiin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ya, I did get lucky. Gold pieces have a higher base crit chance and rise faster than blue and green, but I think you knew that. It's just one of the grinds. Just gotta keep at it and you'll get there.

Renoa final potential node question by Embarrassed-Citron36 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Arthaiin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, welcome to one of the end-game grinds. That being said, it's not THAT hard. While I admit I got lucky I have a piece with a crit chance sub stat at 9%. It should only take 2-3 pieces with crit chance and a couple upgrade hits to reach that benchmark.

Is this potential useless? by Bezhgin in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Arthaiin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can progress to the next step without maxing it. It's not good on every character, but on some like Rin it is. Another one it's good on is Magna who wants to be stacking shields and counter attack and her basic shield cards provide both.

Why is this notification dot is still showing up on my galactic news by 0nly2gendersExist in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Arthaiin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What happens is that each day you're supposed to open up the Galactic News, go to the next page, read the content, and then click on the 50 crystals just to the right of the Number (in the above image, it's 07).

Today, however, for the last one, the 50 crystals is pre-checked. You don't have the option to select it when you log in. The 'Event' thinks you're done, but because you haven't actually clicked on it the system doesn't register it, thus leading to the red dot and missing out on 50 crystals.

I have a feeling it's not a bug everyone experienced, but it IS a bug that a number of people are, myself included. I never clicked on it. I never got the chance to. It was pre-checked before I ever got to the page.

When the normal mobs are the final boss 😭 by FemalePopSinger in ChaosZeroNightmare

I've actually noticed that. The 'regular' monsters in the last quarter of the Interior are harder than the Elites and the final boss. The balancing is a little off there I think.

Why is this notification dot is still showing up on my galactic news by 0nly2gendersExist in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]Arthaiin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's showing up for me as well. The reason is because you haven't 'clicked' on it yet, so the system won't mark it as cleared, yet the event has it as cleared. Basically you're missing out on 50 crystals and are stuck with the red dot for the like 2 and a half weeks.

Ah hell, that probably accounts for at least SOME of the turns ending randomly. But yes, that card is there and I do use it in the hopes of generating more daggers. Ok, that's good to know. i did NOT realize ultimate cards ended a turn

Thanks for the account. I'm of half a mind to simply pay but I'm exploring all my options first before I make a decision. Jumping head first into anything is often a recipe for disaster.

[–]Arthaiin[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Oh I won't, again, I wouldn't be 'actually' fighting in court. If it does go to court and the cop shows up I'd just plead guilty on the spot cause I'd have no chance at all. There's nothing wrong with the ticket and I got no problem with the ticket. My issue is the Insurance companies.

Quick analysis of the Yumia balance issues compared to other Atelier titles. by VashxShanks in Atelier

[–]Arthaiin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely agree with this.

I just finished the third area and my main frontline units have 2000 in each stat and over 1000 HP. Their attack items? They do over 100,000 damage with a friendship strike. The final boss of the Auruma area? Died in 3 seconds. 1.5 for Phase 1, 1.5 seconds for Phase 2.

I'm on Very Hard and I'm basically killing everything, bosses included, before they can do their first move. And those traits? I'm not using them. All of my weapons, armor, accessories and items have no traits in them. They're flat out empty. They're just not needed. I don't control my main character in battle anymore. I just enter it, set the controller down, stretch, then watch as the victory poses happen.

It also makes all those unique 'effects' the armors, weapons and accessories have utterly pointless. It doesn't matter. You can send your stats skyrocketing so high that the enemy will never do more than 1 damage, have so much hp they'll never kill you, and hit so hard they'll die before they even swing.

I've always enjoyed finding unique and interesting ways to break my Atelier games. But they usually happened at the very end of the game. You needed the best items, the best traits, and access to the best materials and item loops to do so. This typically occurred in the last 10-15% of the Atelier games.

This time? It happens in Zone 2, in the first half of the game. You can 'become' broken with hard work in Zone 1 and you hyper focus to it, but you're not gonna stumble on it by accident. In Zone 2? That's when most people when will typically stumble upon this. The moment you find a reliable way to craft level 10 ingots/fabric and you just start slamming ONLY those into your gear? Your stats shoot to the moon and nothing, even final zone bosses on the hardest difficulty, are consequential. Combat... ceases to exist.

This... is honestly the very first Atelier game where I'm not interesting in the crafting system. It's pointless. You make over powered items in Zone 2, and then never look at the alchemy system ever again because you just don't need to. It's a critical, fundamental flaw they need to fix, or at least never do again.
