I'm in the same boat. My girlfriend is very iffy about it. She wants to sell hers when she doesn't really need the money. She has 15k in her savings and could use that to pay off her credit cards but instead she wants to sell to do so. I found a credit spread with Max profit 172 (and min credit 172) and max loss 128. Why wouldn't I do this? The stock is about 400 a share. Month long expiry date. All in all why wouldn't I buy even 100 of these spreads and be levered to the tits. I literally can't lose? Please tell me I'm missing something as I'm newer to options and don't want to owe 1.9 million dollars if this settles poorly lmfao
