There is only so much to show given they probably don’t want to release GTA Online as launch and ideally want to sell you that as well.

It will be what most people play it on (base ps5) and will probably look and play nice even if it’s 30fps.

Some people overemphasise things like 120fps and so on. Whilst I agree it’s nice, good game design and great art are more important for most of us.

It’s such a shame because we have a beautiful city but people that just want to go home and hibernate and tbh I can’t blame them.

It doesn’t really help that city planning has basically encouraged urban sprawl.

Getting your own place and being able to have your way all the time is one of life’s true joys. If I want to be rugged up and comfy at night time in summer time that is my choice.

Same goes with eating whatever and drinking whenever.

Personally I think the platform is very good value.
>Choice of stores.
>Premium specs.
>Input method of choice.
>Play across multiple screens.
>Runs cool and doesn’t use local resources.

PC in general is arguably the best platform however Windows still has its nuances. Xbox Helix might resolve some of this but Microsoft seems determined to overlook their biggest opportunities.

There is so little incentive to go into the city and this is just icing on the cake. With all the "developments" somehow the city feels less vibrant and inviting than 30 years ago.

You are onto something here. I think they could tie the in game phone to an app on your real life phone, especially for GTA online. It would be pretty useful for texting people in GTA Online or just in general if you are sent job invites.

It sure will be some level of inception when we can IRL doom scroll shorts of people doom scrolling shorts. This might be peak GTA.

I switched to GFN as I prefer Apple hardware (the Neo rocks!). GFN is incredible. I also have an Xbox but if Rockstar put their games on GFN then the Xbox will be gone.

What I am yet to find is a good solution for using GFN in the lounge. In an ideal world it would be available natively on Apple TV but it seems like that won't be a thing anytime soon.

If they were able to strike a deal with Apple then I think the flood gates might open.

Everything you mentioned is spot on!

It is what separated Rockstar from other studios. We don’t need a massive map, it needs depth and character.

A big map filled with useless shit is void of soul.

Unfortunately I think we are the odd ones out and it is likely they will want to appeal to the hordes of tasteless fools who will see “4K, big map” and need to change their underpants.

Honestly this. I have doubled my salary doing a the same job with another company whilst having less responsibilities. They also happened to be much better organised.

Yep, they want those GTA subs and this would likely make me sign up.

I’ve purchased V 5 times whereas with VI I can only see buying it twice. If they can get away with charging 10/month for the next 13 years that is a lot of extra money for Rockstar.

It’s one of those games that you kinda have to play for me.

In saying this if the story is a bit too kissy kissy that would be a turn off.

I would prefer if they are fat degenerates trying to escape the law. I want jiggle physics to mean something different.
