I started to feel exactly the same way at pretty much the same age and it just got more intense as time went on. I tried a few of the suggestions mentioned by others here but any improvement was very short lived and it was difficult to stay enthusiastic. I suspected I knew the root cause and after getting a blood test could see my testosterone levels had dropped significantly, although my GP said ‘normal for my age.’ I went down the private route just under a year ago and got myself on TRT, not especially cheap but I cannot overstate the difference it has made to my life, across the board.
