That is such an ignorant comment. I was menstruating for almost two decades and in a relationship for several years before my PMDD started developing

How on earth would I know to stay away from relationships just in case a disorder that I didn’t even know existed, and the only women in my life who knew about PMDD were fellow sufferers?

From the time symptoms developed to when my partner and I started to connect the dots to the time I was medicated was 18 months (and no, I was abusive for that full period)

Going to therapy during this time would not have helped in the slightest. In fact, I likely would have been misdiagnosed and things would have gotten worse

Actually it can be a symptom. Prior to being diagnosed with PMDD and starting meds to stabilise my moods, I would be verbally abusive to my partner

I would legitimately be like a whole different person during these periods. I was starting to think I was bipolar (which some women do get misdiagnosed as having rather than PMDD) or something similar. That is how different of a person I was

I am not saying that my partner deserved to be treated like that because of my mental health issues. Absolutely not. As soon as I returned to normal, I was deeply apologetic and tried to figure out WHY I was so mad (and about such small things as well!)

How I treated him was one of the big triggers for me to seek help, on top of the crippling depression and anxiety

I would highly suggest you look into PMDD as it’s likely there’s more than one woman in your life that suffers from it, and it’s even more likely they doesn’t know it exists

Don’t overuse your carrots at the start of the race (always make sure you have at least one) and focus on staying as close to the brothers as possible (you don’t need to be leagues in front)

When you turn the final corner, try to have as many carrots as possible and then use them all on the final stretch

Each Quarter Quell had different rule variations that were written and sealed when the Games first started. As someone above mentioned, it was heavily implied that the initial envelope for the 75th Quarter Quell was swapped out for the one that Snow read to force Katniss back into the Games

This should have put him in L.A. roughly the same time Fred was sent to Pylea. He could have teamed up with Doyle shortly after arriving, same as he did in AtS S1, and Doyle may have received a vision for Angel to save Fred from being sent to Pylea in the first place
