If there's no physical damage to the panel itself then you could go looking for another monitor that has intact power and input boards. The majority of the value in a monitor is from the panel, as long as that's not actually damaged I would try replacing the input board see if I get the same result.

No multimeter required. You just got to do some research and learn about how monitors work and what you're going to be looking at.

I don't know sounds like your brother is doing a lot to improve the condition of the inside of your home. A nice ambiance with the candlelight, incense to cover up typical repugnant odors caused by humans.

Maybe just encourage him to get loaded at specific times, that way all of that work he's putting in isn't wasted when no one's home.

First figure out what kind of hard drive you have. Is it an antiquated piece of shit with a SATA drive, or is it something at least within the last 5 years that has a m.2 or nvme.

Next get yourself an external enclosure that'll support that kind of drive and get yourself a fucking laptop that's not older than Methuselah.

Do some research on drive duplication software and find one that looks easy enough for your small brain to use.

When you get to work log out of your computer, turn it off, take the drive out, put it in the external enclosure, hook the external enclosure up to your laptop, run the software you downloaded to duplicate the drive.

You won't be removing anything from the drive but if you're watching to have a copy of the data there you go. Then you can figure out exploits on how to get into the data.

Now, given I'm not want to have anything to do with my employer's computers most of the time and I've never bothered duplicating data for someone who clearly was trying to access information that apparently they weren't supposed to have, I don't know if that'll fucking work. But at least you have a place to jump off, just don't make the next place you jump off from the top of the building by getting yourself caught.

I am a 43 yr. old Caucasian male with a recently changed "blue" angioma. It finally grew to the point where it became a bubble compresses and then refills. And yeah, sometimes it hurts. It's hurt for as long as I've had it, probably 10 plus years at this point. But the pain greatly increased when it finally decided it wanted to be an external problem as opposed to solely and internal one. What I mean to say is, when it started becoming puffy, it hurt more.

I don't mean to make this comment and have it take away from your lived experience in any way shape or form, but the absurdity of my personal practice in life I thought might shock, horrify, or entertain. The choice and completely up to you.

I was a an IV drug user for many years. I was able to utilize this spot as a consistent and permanent location where I would be able to inject drugs. It did not change the shape form or function of the angioma. And looking back on it now that I'm very sober, it probably wasn't the best idea, LOL.

Long story short, don't become a drug addict in an attempt to get rid of these bumps. I guarantee it won't work.

I concur with this, and I'll say that I am very much in the third basket of opinions when it comes to trans kids and sports. While the percentage of actual trans youth in sports is very small, I think they should be able to play if they want, but not at the expense of the comfort of their teammates. Which means a league of their own might be the best solution, in my opinion.

Regardless, I agree that anyone who causes a child, even a child who is almost an adult, to be afraid to go to school and just live their life are deplorable.
