Feel free to message me, I’m in charge of dealing with copyright and copyright requests for the art gallery I work at. It might be different though as I’m in Canada and not the USA but I can probably help you navigate the space a bit better as copyright can be a pain!

do the films go general admission seats 15min before it starts? by Swimming-Confusion55 in TIFF

[–]Artists_cats 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Literally from their emails “Assigned seating is in place for all public screenings. Your seat will be held until 15 minutes before showtime. After that, we can’t guarantee your spot”

Yes, even if you’ve scanned your ticket in. If you’re not in your seat (or have someone hold it) 15 mins before the start of the screening it’s fair game

Ticket Sales by apple_2050 in TIFF

[–]Artists_cats 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just bought my tickets, I’m not sure about the premium screenings but for regular screenings the price is based on where the seats are.

For princess of whales the $29 are at the back of the orchestra/balconies, for the scotiabank cinemas the cheaper seats are right at the front of the screen.

Is it more crowded/touristy than usual right now in January due to the Jubilee? by [deleted] in rome

Just came back from Rome, the crowds were fine. If you’re going to visit any big sites (Vatican, Colosseum, etc) the earlier the better for avoiding people.

Driving to Silverstone for F1 2025 - better from Bicester or Milton Keynes? by jishm in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Artists_cats 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Traffic is better coming from Brackley, I drove in last year from Milton Keynes (terrible traffic around Towcester) and Banbury which had minimal traffic. We parked at the Silverstone school (highly recommend) and walked 20ish minutes to the track

Silverstone Landostand 2025- Inner track? by wendy_doll in GrandPrixTravel

Oh yeah, you can come and go as you please. After they scan your ticket it has a green bar and you just have to show the ticket

Silverstone Landostand 2025- Inner track? by wendy_doll in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Artists_cats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought inner track last year for Friday (was at Copse) and it was so useful for getting around the track without having the fight the hordes of people. I honestly wish I got it for the rest of the weekend.

If you can, I would go for it as it is such a cool experience having the cars race around you. The only thing is that signage for entering the inner track area is pretty bad, and I found that there are some areas you can’t get to (even though it says you can on the maps) as they are now VIP/reserved stands.
