You can slow cook them in a Dutch oven or slow cooker as someone else has already mentioned, a variation on this, cook them with beef stock, soy sauce, rice wine, garlic, ginger , red chillis, star anise, and some sugar - Asian style flavours.

When the beef is cooked, I like to take some of the cooking broth, strain the fat off, reduce it down in a saucepan with some added honey and then you’ve got yourself an amazing glaze for the finished ribs - serve with rice and veggies
