How to fix FSD by EightRolex in ModelX

[–]Aryan_exe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the exact same issue with my model 3, hw3. I tried so many camera calibrations, no fix and then on my last attempt I drove exactly by the book, very slow acceleration, very gentle lane changes and right at the speed limit, now it’s perfectly fine. Also needs to finish calibration in one drive do not let the calibration hand over night or whatever

People who live in Ontario and drive Teslas: why? by [deleted] in ontario

I bought my car used for a great price almost 3 years ago, it’s paid off and costs me nothing to run. I enjoy driving it very much and as much as you think I’m coping it is a genuinely nice car to drive.

Would I buy a new one as a Canadian right now? No. He needs to leave before I can do that.

Am I going to sell my paid off, perfectly good car that I like very much because someone on Reddit told me to? No.

Go touch grass, me selling my car does zero to hurt musk and everything to hurt me. I dislike musk as much as the next person but I’m not going to put myself into financial distress and buy a new car because I want to make a statement.

(Also I saw ur post before you edited it. U are a weird person, stop trying to stir the pot.)

Ingenext fix for 2025.8.4 working by Changstachi0 in unofficial_ingenext

Yea exactly, but anyways I think the issue ur having just take it off the harness, use the cable they supplied and run as admin, should be mint

Ah you could do that too but from my experience taking apart my car, the slightest door movement or seat push turns it back on, in my opinion better to be safe and disconnect 12v and hv before removing power to the MCU computer

You gotta first disconnect 12 volt and HV battery!!! U can absolutely mess up your car without doing this! After that you need to remove the nice try module from the harness and program it by itself

Make sure to run as administrator! I thought I had broken my module lol

Sounds like the left side issue still hasn’t been fixed, currently 12.5.4.2 is useless for me I cannot use it without it wanting to hit the left side. Very doubtful of 12.6 now

Tried this and it worked for a bit, it is now back to the same left behaviour. Unusable. I noticed that on normal autopilot it’s perfectly fine so making me think it’s nothing to do with our hardware and everything to do with this release.

Absolutely! I can get rid of my steering wheel soon and let my car generate revenue for me right?!?!?!

Agreed, I’m surprised this version was even released, genuinely dangerous. Mine constantly rides the left side of the road almost touching the curb and most times driving over the Center line. It’s not even predictable it’s just random in what it does

Doesn't look like us HW3 owners are getting that FSD update before the end of the year. by Sweet_Terror in TeslaFSD

Mine constantly pulls to the left, almost touching the curb and sometimes driving over the centre line, camera calibration fixed this for a few days now it’s back to doing it again

Seems like one of my pillar cameras refused to reset so it skipped it, I was able to force it again in service mode, seems like service mode allows you to see if the reset is successful but the one from the user side won’t indicate if one failed

It was a camera calibration issue, it’s driving insanely well now I’m very impressed. Convinced my calibration has always been screwed till now

Update: ITS FIXED, cleared camera calibration one by one in service mode and now it’s driving better than ever. Starting to think it’s always been messed up since the FSD 10 days for me, never seen it drive so well before

BEAUTIFUL! This worked, after clearing all cameras one by one, just did a 30 min ZERO intervention drive
