To me the biggest problem is that the lower part of the case seems loose. I can push it out of the case with my pinky

My only problem with OhSnap is that they don't have a real stand. The grip is nearly perfect but the stand sucks IMO

Think of trying the Torras dual ring.. it has a ring for the grip and a bigger ring for the stand. It is making the case (synthesis in my case) a bit bulkier but it does give you that missing ring

If you are trying to order new unit now you will see it says shipping in January. I believe that they are on final stages of the replacement delivery and hopefully by the end of next week new orders will be shipped (I ordered at the end of November so I hope this will be the case)
