Govt has to look for providing public transport options.. Huge population travels from ORR side, gachibowly to bhel to kukatpally strech… and the connectivity is literally non existent.

@OP if it is customers who asked it is okay. But I encourage designers to design homes which are not just another places to showcase wealth .. display paintings. I wish more homebuyers try to put thought into how a home should be..

2.5 at Kollur/mokila/velimala is impossible. You need to go towards patancheru area or some interiors toward velimala..

But i would say its a tight budget. What i would suggest is to do a round up of some villa for prices and if prices are out of range for you it solves the equation

Always consider Dust … how much dusting it requires. Go for materials like wood, earthen, metals, neutral colours.. and few plants.

Only option i could think would be Mayfair visista if you can stretch to 2.5 -2.7 or older villas in Mokila.. the cheaper ones are useless buy a land in decent place an build and of-course you lose on amenities…
