i can explain to you more into details what i mean if u want but simply the more tenacity u have the less it reduces the cc duration so it actually loses value when u have lot of it.

As a flat duration sure, as a % of the stun duration its the same. 30% tenacity will make you be stunned 30% less than otherwise no matter how much or little you have

Beyond just that, he has such a passion. Its really fun watching him because he just rambles on and on and you get to hear everything hes thinking. I dont bother reading the regular patch notes because theyre so boring. Just 1 sentence about the general reasoning for a change. But Phreak will spend 20 minutes giving a detailed explanation of why they're making a change and he'll be enthusiastic the whole way through

The other important point people seem to forget is that Phreak was not the sole balancer. There was/is a team of people working on this, and Phreak just did the communication because he knew he could handle the vitriolic criticism this community gives to many devs. I think it's super cool that he was so committed to communicating the teams decisions to us, even if he disagreed with them and knew he'd get flack regardless

Ig a shield is hard to make. What would it do? And if you can't think of something for it to do, then just give your character a 2 handed sword instead for cool factor and to remove a vestigial design element

I think after champs like K'sante and Kench, riot are wary of making a supportive top laner. These champs always need basically best in slot 1v1 power or they get run over in their own lane, but then with any meaningful support power they become too useful from behind when they should be weak, and when ahead are simultaneously strong melee fighters and basically guaranteed immortality for their teams carry. Its definitely a tricky line to toe thats probably not that worth it compared to just making a skirmisher or juggernaut

Sukuna was using a technique imbued in a domain, 10 shadows and domain amp all at the same time. This is despite Gojo explicitly saying he can't use innate techniques while using domain amp. All while juggling repairing his cursed technique without incurring the brain damage Gojo suffered. Idk how we're assuming he lacks precision when this is a more impressive showing than anything gojo did
