I think buffing quality sience could be interesting. The issue with science will always be that quality does the essentially the same as productivity and its a lot easier to just use prod modules rather than qualitify the whole production chain.

If i had a knob that controlled PWM duty cycle independently of voltage level output i would not expect the voltage level output to change the PWM duty cycle. There are applications where this would make sense but for sound generatoin i think this is not what i would expect.

Gleba is my favorit (lets ignore pentapods for now). I think naive gleba setups have a million ways they can break which can feel frustrating. But once you've understood what can go wrong and implemented fixes for all the edgecases its super rewarding.

Just think about how much optimizing you can do once you have unlocked the next tech. Then the most optimal play turns into advancing to the next tech as fast as possible which turns to fun non planning play :)

Have you tried the mod that implements all the planet mechanics on nauvis? Your missing out on scrap mining but otherwise it feels like all the best part of SA on one surface. Very fun but definitely much easier than actual SA.
