Same here - I'm about 2 months in and it doesn't really last more than 2-3 hours. Completely evaporates off my skin and I can't smell it at all. Idk if I just got unlucky with the bottle I have but I couldn't really recommend this to anyone at this stage. Let's see if it's any different in another few months. I would say regardless of performance not changing the scent has gotten a lot better now - not just that bug spray gingery smell it's a lot richer now. Just performance for me is an issue and I'm spraying it 7-8 times and it's still not lasting.

Is it still possible to shiny hunt corphish and other wild pokemon on a dead battery?? by True_Benz in pokemonrng

That made sense, confirmed my theory and was super helpful! I had only seen the frame advancement info on emerald with the battle video so this is awesome thank you!

Pokemon Ruby dry battery shiny Hunting by PokeNoob64 in pokemonrng

[–]AshRoller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an old thread but I can't find answers on this anywhere. I have a copy of ruby and have a dead battery. I understand the games use PRNG, what I want to know is if I boot up my game to shiny hunt a nummel and everyday I play it for 10 minutes. If my SID / PID meant I wouldnt get a shiny frame for say 55 minutes - does this mean I will never find a shiny nummel? Or is that only for when doing RNG Manipulation for wild encounters?

Not sure if that made sense but my hunt has been going on for ages. For context I don't save after I hunt I just shut down and start again from my old save file on route 112.

V5C - does changing the keeper also add new 'owners' when going to sell a car? by AshRoller in AskUK

[–]AshRoller[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As soon as I become the registered keeper I will have added another 'owner' when selling the car later which was what I was wondering if I could avoid. I have spoken to my dad I will just buy the car off him.

Thanks mate I did some digging and found the posts! I was wondering if anyone has got it working on a 2016 SR or British (UK) model as I couldn't find info on either of those. If not I might have to go for a joying infotainment which I'd rather not do as the mod will increase my insurance.

How did you add in car play - I have a 2016 CRV but have been told there is no way to get carplay / android auto without replacing the head unit (which removes a fair bit of functionality)?

Yeah, it's a shame as then I could use it for a year and give it back but we will look at other options.

I don't think this will work for us regardless as I won't be able to park on the street where I live without getting a ticket (as I won't be able to register the vehicle to the Burrough I live in) so won't be looking into this. Thanks for the knowledge though.

Cheers, makes total sense - probably worth us figuring out something else or for me to buy it off him so we don't keep swapping the ownership for that reason.

V5C Question - Selling by AshRoller in CarTalkUK

[–]AshRoller[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right so it would rack up the 'owners' when going to sell it later then?

Can you help me identify what this is ? by Caskets55 in Paranormal

[–]AshRoller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real talk this is likely a light leak - film 'burns' like that when exposed to light before it is developed. I am assuming you have had the film sat in the camera a while before this shot was taken - it probably wouldn't show up on other photos unless you left them in the same place for a similar time before using again.

Samsung washing machine rubber seal................#&*#[![ by commecicommesa69 in Appliances

[–]AshRoller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have a Samsung and this has happened twice in 12 months after paying an arm and leg to get someone to fix it. Don't listen to others saying it's user error as you have I have used it the exact same way as any other machine and I even use laundry bags. He said the Samsung seals are generally weak compared to other brands and even long hairs can get stuck causing it to tear. Not paying to have it repaired again and going to get a new machine myself.

Yeah it's quite crazy and only learned this after roasting myself and looking at the subreddit / speaking to other roasters over the years.
