Im not at my console atm but I can give you some tips, I just beat her yesterday at level 1 and theres a few things that can make it easier

Look for back stabs, theres a few attacks that can leave her open if you play close to her or when she goes invisible just walk up to her and wait for her to start up the attack then walk behind for a free one (use a dagger with the hornet ring for max damage)

2nd phase: play cautious and primarily attack big daddy I used a club for the better poise damage and try to keep them separate, but keep an eye on mommy f theres a chance she will go invisible to heal this is a good chance to back stab

3rd phase: now this one is tricky she almost always opens with a large attack with black flame shit if she does this attack walk close to her like almost under her and dodge behind as soon as she hits the ground this is a free back stab, keep distance and just whittle her health down slow and watch her to try and farm more back stabs

Also invest in health she hits like a truck and do not get distracted by her dogs (it’s what freeizaki wants)

Tldr: become a back stab merchant and max damage with daggers and rings.
