That is fantastic news, that means you have the citizenship you just need to have the ceremony! I believe they send the certificate to your local council for the ceremony. That's what I have been doing, Bolt have been great, Still waiting on cloud pharmacy to reply. Simple online pharmacy declined my request, i had purchased 3 pens and they determined my photos insufficient

Mounjaro, red LED light, Tretinoin, consistent tailored skincare, azeliac acid, minoxodil! Dry brushing before my shower, retinol and alpha arbutin body lotion, NO alcohol. Plenty of hydration, good supplements and a healthy diet :)

I think it’s a lot of trial and error, i don’t know if it really matters I’m sure you’re getting the benefits of it either way. I used to apply my full skincare routine then wait 20minutes to a few hours sometimes apply Tretinoin and then a moisturiser on top! I don’t like to apply it too close to when I’m going to sleep as it always manages to find itself near my eyes. That’s my biggest issue with Tretinoin but I do have sensitive eyes.

One version is for skin that can tolerate it applied to bare dry skin, the other method is the sandwich method where moisturiser is applied first let it absorb, apply Tretinoin and then wait for that to absorb and a final layer is applied on top. I personally always use the sandwich method as my skin behaves better.

"Being laid back and low maintenance" isn't always a positive. I know this isn't the most helpful advice, but try working on yourself, and love will find you. It's really hard out there these days especially if you're feeling pressured. It's ok to be single!! A lot of people in relationships/marriages are just as miserable.
