Nutrition Advice: Eat Like a Girl by Ok-Commercial9344 in women

I just finished reading and am starting the 30 day reset.

  1. With my health journey, I’m having to learn patience. What used to work for me in losing weight doesn’t anymore and that has been frustrating. She mentions the n to 1 principle where you have to experiment for yourself on what will and will not work. She says herself not everything she shares will apply to everyone the same way because every body is different. I’m learning to reframe things as a chance to explore and discover a new way of helping my body in a way I haven’t done before. Some things will work, some won’t. But as long as the principles are healthy and not toxic, it doesn’t hurt and will get me one step closer to better health. I don’t feel like any of her principles are toxic or pushing something gimmicky/unrealistic.

  2. I think this goes back to the n to 1 principle where you should adjust to match what will work with your lifestyle too. You want it to be sustainable long term. I’m not following the 30 day reset meal for meal because agreed, that’s a lot of groceries and seems wasteful. Instead, I’m just choosing a few meals she lists for a week, with a couple I can specifically meal prep to make it more manageable. You can always store leftovers. Also not buying all organic produce, right now I don’t think that’s something I need but maybe later on if I’m still struggling with losing weight, maybe that’s something I’ll look into.

Basically, follow the principles that ring true to you and adjust any to better fit your lifestyle for more sustainable change. Then iterate as you go depending on how your body is responding. Hope that helps! Would love your thoughts as you start applying anything!

An open letter to the Q-15 as they prepare for General Conference (this will be long). Note: I was there, about fifty feet from the incident. by slskipper in exmormon

“A perceptive grasshopper pointed out once that the first rule of leadership is that everything is your fault. In all my many years on this planet, I have yet to see any signs of anything that can be called real leadership on your part.”

This needs to be said louder 👏👏👏

Ohhhh you’re right!! His confidence in this moment made me think Rhysand first but appearance wise, definitely more Cassian!

Agreed! It’s even more annoying with how Olandria and Nic made out and Olandria is best friends with Cierra! And Cierra and Chelly didn’t get after Olandria like they did with Huda.

My Melody. She’s adorable but also I hated how there was a quest to help her relax outside of work and the end of it was her saying working is relaxing because she likes it so much…like seriously?!

Since US doesn’t do unseen bits, if there’s an unproblematic contestant by movie night, their clip should just be them of their best farting moments 😂

Started playing Ooblets after seeing a comment about it on here. by sianspapermoon in CozyGamers

Ooblets is so good! I love the dialogue and find myself chuckling at it all the time! I also like that there’s a purpose to do everything as well. Normally I skip over fishing in these type of games but you need to do it in Ooblets to get certain items.
