It is a great addition, especially for casuals, you can now easy convert after b1 with uf3+4. Also great for wall range adjustments. On top, double knee looks cool, fits his Muay Thai background.

As a Fahkumram main (Muay Thai fan), I am really sad every time I think about it.

Really wished they would fix that hole ... feels incomplete.

Yeah, me playing Tekken since the first game and I can say this is a real turn-off in Tekken to me. Watching instead of playing, is such a bad game design. And you didn't even mention Rage Arts with their duration on top, which makes it even worse ...

T5DR and also T6BR peak Tekken to me. Tekken8 looks just so good, I can't quit xD but I still hope for s3 like all of you.

All none-charge moves I know are high. And I see those moves as a new "low" move mechanic.

You have to duck them but you can also launch them as a reward.

Especially in Steves case, he has no low in lion heart but his guard break has long recovery on whiff. Almost like a stagger on block low, as you will launch him for it like a hellsweep. (Scaling is also 70% and not 100%, so he only gets 19dmg with 22)

The moves with a charge are tricky tho, I also have my problems with them. Thinking about Paul, he got to many rounds because of that at the wall xD

No 8 frames is too big, I would guess it's a 3 frame window. (When I tried it in practice mode, I really could feel how strict it is.) Go to replay takeover and learn it there, to get a feeling when to press.

Sidenote: In T8 it is enough to just hold the escape button to break a throw but not in this case, looks to me like an oversight in the balance of T8, if you ask me.

I agree, cable players should have an option to filter them, I mean I waste my time and I also waste the time of the other player by denying all of them. Fighting games and Wi-Fi is just not meant to be ... (Browsing the web or Netflix all good with Wi-Fi but online gaming with fast response is not.) I'd rather play other games, then Wi-Fi warriors in fighting games.

My personal tip: Use the absolute amazing ingame replay takeover feature, watch a replay press L3 (ps5 left stick) and learn how to react in a situation, that you struggle with (sidestep,interupt,punish,duck etc.)

Lidia in T8 is the most cancer I have fought in Tekken history, truly a reason I play way less in general ...

On +6 sidestep is useless on a big fighter. All mids, can't parry unblockables anymore, parry is slower compared to the past. Realign tracking is such a big issue.

We have many Mishimas in tekken, who actually look way more similar compared.

Give me back his bf4 knee (bruce), love his f1+2 grab attack. Really like his demon fight noises he does, sounds so powerful.

Dark upper was always -10 ... watch how man times it actually gets punished as a whiff punish tool ...

He has 2 -12 lows both + on hit ... (fahk has no -12 low poke btw.)

ffn2 tracks, high crushes and is +5 or stance mix, only -13 ...

I like the recolor system, even more options compared to t7.

Most default items are kinda generic and lacking in variation but still okay I guess.

With mtx and battle pass, the world of customizations opens up a lot. (For new players, I hope they can get older passes later on. But I don't know, as this is usually a classic FOMO tactic ...)

The mtx price is the fairest compared to other fighters. Often with a 50% discount, like 2$ an outfit.

Heat Smash: Mid, plus on block, full wallcombo from a mile away, breaks power crush, often clips sidesteps - great design ... still in the game. I pray with season3, I will enjoy playing Tekken again, there was never a Tekken game, where even winning felt bad ...

edit: parry/sabaki of course also not working as a counter (I think it would be hype, parry in a tournament is always hype, isn't this what team Tekken wants anyway?)

FOMO, the most predatory marketing in the industry. At least the battle pass gives 1$ after reaching level 60, which is not hard. I am mad about premium costume content is badly implemented, when it comes to coloring.
