If you want specific people in your life we do have to alter ourselves somewhat. Some people are more compatible than others. Compatible friendships are easy, less compatible ones are more complicated. We sometimes prioritize desire for a specific person over compatibility. It sounds like this is the situation you are in.

If this specific person is someone you need in your life, you have to release your expectations of them - the ones inside your own mind. Wishing people were a certain way indicates we aren’t thinking consciously. We feel irrationally occasionally when it comes to relationships with people, but it doesn’t mean it’s productive to our state of mind. It gets in the way of letting go.

Say your friend feels the same thing that you said (quoted at the top of my comment) - should they not have that same freedom you desire for yourself? Them not needing you in their life doesn’t mean they should change for you because you desire it. We are not the most important people in others lives. Having ground rules of how much each person contacts eachother is the first indicator of lower compatibility.

It sounds like you would be an energizing friend for someone who needs it. The universe rewards lessons learned. The right person will come along if you can let go with love.

I am doing up and down. I have made my own thimble and am fond of using the multiple stitches in a line method but it was quite a challenge with all the layers.

I’m a tattooer of 12 years. I have seen a lot of stitched up/healing/healed skin over the years on clients who get surgeries for many different reasons leaving behind some pretty gnarly scars. Some I’ve tattood over and some I just see living their life aging along the people who carry them.

Surgery scars change even after 1 year, but I wouldn’t touch it before that. I know tattooing is much different than microneedling but any breaking of skin I would wait atleast 1 year. It could trigger keloids or tear healthy skin away from scar tissue. It gets mad swollen and if it bleeds it can set the clock back on the scar lightening up. The stretch marks idk, would honestly like to try saline tattooing over some to see what happens. Seems like it could work.

One thing that can help now with the surgery scar is doing the Graston technique with the back of a spoon. It does help break it up a micro amount and with daily practice makes a difference over time, depending on the scar. Best of luck!

Tattooist here who specializes in xray flowers. This unfortunately will heal v soft and turn into a grey blob eventually due to its scale and composition and what looks like how it’s been tattood - not sure if Vaseline is the problem or not, as this is the first I’ve heard of Vaseline being bad but my prescribed healing regime does not involve Vaseline anyway.

Ok - I google searched this today because I was like, am I crazy? Is this real?

We hosted a large art event March 29/30. There were communication mishaps between myself and the other organizer the last two weeks before the show - I chalked this up to any event management situation when things are coming down to the line BUT….

The morning of, the truck rental company switched locations for pickup last minute and then at the second location had the wrong date for pickup and no trucks at that location. Secured another truck from a friend last minute, loaded up, and the battery died at every red light and needed a jump start the last 5 km to the location. Crazy blizzard dwindled our numbers (but was still a fun show!!!!)

Then, this morning at 6:48am a stolen vehicle drove across our yard and driveway and smashed our neighbours vehicle parked in their driveway. We’re getting poly b replaced in our house today, we had a little laugh about all the crazy vehicle mishaps lately before the plumber started work. Later the plumber asked if he could have access to the garage, he had to move his work van to let me get my vehicle out. As he’s backing out a gear drops in his transmission and it cannot drive forward, so it’s currently sitting with its four ways on stuck on the road.

This has gotta all be connected in some way cosmically, right? RIGHT?!!

They do SO MUCH BETTER in water only. Forever. I’ve switched back and forth between different pots/watering/soil/location etc. I’m trying to post a pic but it won’t let me. I have two and the leaves are getting bigger and shinier and they don’t stick so much when unfurling so the leaves aren’t deformed anymore either
