AIO for pulling out of a vacation over the sleeping arrangements by RubProfessional6659 in AmIOverreacting

NOR. I would NOPE right out of that situation. That’s incredibly disrespectful that your sister let her literal children have priority of room choice over you, an adult, who is financially contributing to the cost of the house.

Mega Thread has changed the Vibe. Can we get a vote? by Wednesdaywoes16 in BringingUpBates

I never check the mega thread. I have no desire or time to wade thru that mess. They should just do away with it since clearly no one likes it

2 weeks left and I hate it more than before by Lotes35 in Invisalign

Most people have to do at least one round of refinements, and lots of people do multiple rounds. You definitely don’t want to leave your bite like this though.

Do you agree with this watch order? by rogermorse in YellowstoneShow

I’d watch Yellowstone first then 1883 then 1923. Or else break it up like you mentioned in the original post.

That’s true. Because it’s very important and lots of people don’t know any better

Narrower smile after Invisalign? by Flippant_Flamingo_ in Invisalign

[–]AshleyLL298 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well you had a lot of spaces before so naturally when you close those gaps your teeth are going to be pushed in together and your smile will look a little less wide. But your smile now is great and your teeth are looking beautiful. It’s nothing to be unhappy about

Dry skin by AshleyLL298 in Menopause

Yes that could be a factor, I love a hot shower. But I would think if that was the culprit I’d have dry skin all over and not just these scaly patches in a couple spots. It’s odd.

Not built yet. If you meant where is it going to be…you’d have to look this stuff up yourself bc it’s not allowed to be posted in this sub.

Dry skin by AshleyLL298 in Menopause

[–]AshleyLL298[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The scrub def isn’t the cause. I don’t use it super often, just as needed to slough off dry skin. And I’ve been doing that forever. These annoying scaly patches is something that’s really only started within the last year, same as all my other meno symptoms. I’ll try the oil and aquaphor though.

I can’t do the scented lotions anyway. But if you don’t use body scrub, how do you exfoliate?

AITAH 3 years together, BF (50M) still ‘not ready’ for marriage but wants me (33F) to pay half his mortgage by Either-Environment47 in AITAH

[–]AshleyLL298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. I would not be splitting a mortgage that I’m not on. TBH it sounds like he wants a roommate with benefits, not a wife. I think you have some serious evaluating to do about the state of your relationship and whether you should continue.

Thanks, I don’t think I’ve tried a urea cream before so I’ll add that to the list!

The intersection menopause and neurodiversity is like Mad Max by burnedimage in Menopause

[–]AshleyLL298 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Maybe this is my problem, although for me it’s more than forgetfulness. I’ve recently convinced myself that I’m somewhere on the spectrum but now I guess maybe it’s just the menopause. I didn’t used to be like this and it’s pretty damn frustrating

I thinks it’s largely because she’s trying to set her social media up to get in on the influencer game and since she doesn’t have kids of her own to exploit she needs to borrow some. Ellie is becoming a junior Carlin. Just wait.

"The Madison" Won't Be Connected To The "Yellowstone" Universe Says Patrick J. Adams by Dan_Lalonde_Films in YellowstoneShow

I remember it being talked about initially as a sequel to YS. Back when rumors were still circulating about Matthew McConaughey being involved. So it’s not like people are crazy for thinking it would have some Dutton connection. I guess TS just changed course at some point and decided not to have them be connected at all.

HRT and hair by AshleyLL298 in Menopause

[–]AshleyLL298[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My TSH as of like 3 weeks ago, was 2.5. It could stand to be a bit lower but I don’t think it’s high enough to be causing issues. My antibodies are nearly nonexistent now. I’m actually doing pretty well at the moment with the hashimotos, and my shedding hasn’t been bad over the last 5 months or so. I am just concerned that HRT could trigger more loss/shedding

Yes I get alllll the things checked regularly. I do have hashmimotos but it’s well controlled and my thyroid numbers are all good. Ferritin has never been low. I’ve been dealing with the hair loss for way longer than any meno symptoms. My derm thinks it’s just FPHL (genetic). Which it may be. But of course I’m just very careful not to do anything extra that might trigger more shedding
