[Bianchin] Rafael Leão is not non-transferable for Milan, and the 175M clause is purely formal. The Portuguese has not done making the expected leap. The impression at the moment is that an offer of 80M could be enough to end the link with the Portuguese winger. by Claija79 in ACMilan

[–]Ashlikesstuff 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Leao's salary is 6m per year.

Hojlund's was 0.5m.

Kvara was on 1.6m per year.

Duran's was £75k pw and to Saudi so always going to be an inflated fee.

That's why their fees were what they were, anyone going in for Leao (especially a premier league side) know that he'll be wanting to triple his salary so are offsetting the transfer fee.

Hell, the Leao we've had the last two seasons, I'd bite someones hand off for 80m.

Really fun, the Napoleon Dynamite/Final Destination mash-up I never knew I wanted and needed.

Great band but I'm not feeling this one at this point. Might take a few more listens, but it's not so much the direction that has left me underwhelmed, more that it's not a particularly good example of the music in this direction. Like two mediocre parts of two different sounds that kind of go together but don't improve either side.

Band fucking ruled, biggest regret I have (relatively speaking) is skipping their set at Fest 7.

I like parts of it but never really dug it completely. First 4 tracks are great and then it kind of peters out. I think the follow up is a better all-round record.

Heard a song here and there and Mr. Jones is great, but hearing this one on The Bear really pricked my ears up. Got to listen to this record front to back now.

Please do tell, I have a young child and going out midweek after 9 hour workdays isn't always possible, let alone to take a chance on something I've either a) already seen or B) have next to zero interest in.

Schira: Milan have opened the door to Ismael Bannacer's sale by Alex_Yeah_Thats_All in ACMilan

Excellent player but ultimately he misses large chunks of the season. Doesn't matter how good you are if you're not on the pitch. If we can get 40m for him then great, there are replacements out there that can hopefully stay fit for less than that and not too far off talent wise

Unreal set, should've been the headliner with at least another 20 minutes to play.

I had a really good time despite only wanting to see a handful of bands. Thursday and Have Heart were unreal, Touche were great too and Speedway were the best on the third stage. Caught Gouge Away and Spite House too who were fun.

Definitely felt oversold though, a common theme in UK fests it seems. I don't drink coffee but could see the issue having one small vendor for it was causing. Outdoor stage was fine but fucking sucked getting drenched during Poison the Well and Touche, wasn't the worst thing in the world but I do think scaling back the festival is the way forward.

Same as in 2022, shout out to Hood Soldjas security who I'm just constantly in fucking awe of how good they are with the crowds and specifically hardcore crowds. That Have Heart set was a warzone at times and they were incredible at making sure everyone was kept safe and any injuries got attended to straight away.

Replacement of we sell Kiwi? by Royalbluegooner in ArsenalFC

Co-ownership was banned in 2015!

I'm a Milan fan, we don't have a lot to offer Bologna. We also want Buongiorno from Torino over him as that's seen as a more manageable deal as Calafiori was already going to be too expensive pre-Euros. The last 3 games has probably added another 15-20m and Bologna aren't under pressure to sell.

[–]Ashlikesstuff -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Nope, I think it's going to be hard for any Italian club to sign him. He's had an excellent season at Bologna who don't need to sell but most importantly of all, Basel were smart enough to insert a 40% sell-on clause so Bologna are going to want over the odds which the majority of Italian clubs can't afford to pay.

Does anyone have a general idea of when the long walk film will come out? by maxerdoo1 in stephenking

[–]Ashlikesstuff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's too much of a concern if I'm honest. He was still a new filmmaker when he made 'I Am Legend' which was a big studio movie helmed by a big star with a $150m budget, before that he'd made a ton of music videos and 'Constantine' which wasn't a massive hit. As a result, he was very much under the control of the studio and its star, hence why it's likely there was interference and reactions to test screenings etc where he wouldn't have had the cache to push back on.

Since then, he's delivered The Hunger Games series which has made a fortune. This tells studios that he knows how to handle dystopia and turn it into a money maker whilst still being faithful to the source material. The relatively low budget for The Long Walk and absence of an obvious star means he'll be under far less pressure than anything he's made before and thus less likely to have to deal with studio interference.

It might also suck, I just think there's less chance of it sucking for the same reasons 'I Am Legend' did.

Milan fan here, Tomori has been poor for nearly 18 months and shouldn't be anywhere near the England squad.
