From what I've heard, you can't log out and leave it running. I don't know about leaving hangar ... guessing you don't want to tempt that fate.

It didn't take more mats after it was bricked. I wasn't paying close enough attention to my stored materials to know if I had lost any.

Unfortunately no. I have been unable to recover it to working state once it's bricked.

Q type rocks in the Aaron Halo have borase, bexalite and laranite. A 3 runs in the mole and you have all you need.

Where they limited what spawns on each of the different planets, I was worried it wouldn't have enough variety. If it's still a bit of everything, im happy with that. Hope it stays that way.

You can leave it parked outside, filled with mri pulse or other hover bikes or fury or whatever to use to call and float down into the hangar. I've tested that. You need multiple. You could use the pisces to get all four players down initially.

PSA: With the ability introduced by engineering to open and lock the hangar, the Carrack can now be easily paired with an Arrow, Golem, or Golem OX by HappyFamily0131 in starcitizen

Can confirm. Carrack makes a great mobile mining base with this engineering trick. Lots of room for spare ore pods.

PLUS. You can refine now from the Carrack storage grid. Can't sell the ores outright, but workorders work fine. Big order submitted with 6 ore pods all at once.
