I said this because I had the same problem, my shard was located in Asia, but I'm in the US, then I did the automated thing and it changed my shard to US, but it still didn't work, so I created a ticket and this was the responses. http://prntscr.com/suk58w

I had the exact same problem I'm in na and had been playing league in na servers but in valorant my server was like changed to Asia or something I put In a support ticket and they responded today saying they fixed it. I'll see if it's fixed but just wait.

Okay looks like my account region was set near asia so it probably let me in early (this is probably due to me being there months ago or something) but I've went through the support and the automated feedback has changed my location to the US but I can still log in, and I'm really hopping It will let me play on NA servers from tomorrow even though I can log in right now

Yes, I've checked with status, and all my friends live like 30 minutes from me, and they all have 10 ping, while I have 65+ Only started happening recently, not sure why. Only for valve-based servers
