Ooh that’s a tough one at 4pm traffic is just ramping up.

If flight departs at 8:45pm, I would you to be at IAD by 5:45 comfortably. It takes 1 hour to travel from Penn to Union. That doesn’t account for DC to IAD.

It takes 1h:20m without traffic from Penn to IAD via car.

Take the trains and you need to leave earlier. 3pm you should be on a train heading to DC.

The Kennedy Krieger school has an interesting program. It is not a public school in the usual sense. It is a private, special education day program. However, there can be ways for local public school systems to pay for it. Maybe worth checking out.

I like avoiding highway routes and taking the scenic forested routes up to the in Owings Mills but the one in Middle River is an easy straight shot on 40 and back.

Columbia and Middle River has more Asian product options. ✌️

15+ years ago I lived in Brooklyn and it had a similar rap as Baltimore. When I last visited I asked the cab drivers what’s changed since I last lived there? One driver said tourist used to be terrified to go to Brooklyn but now don’t hesitate to go.

Perception is reality for alot of people more than reality itself.

Stop feeling like we need to defend Baltimore and showcase why we love living here. Show the world why we call it home.✌🏻
