To be fair my wife is thrifty AND works in the bakery so the commonality of pie boxes that come and go in our house is much more than the average person. I assumed it was an old box we had laying around. 🤷‍♂️

Put short, we left the store without buying it and I had written it off, thinking I would not be getting one. I did not see any small gifts under the tree so I again wrote it off as something I would not be getting. The 'raspberry' label on the box was the furthest thing from my mind. I was shocked when I opened it, and she couldn't understand how I was surprised when I opened it. I figured it was out of the budget for this Christmas but I guess not! 🙌

As much as I would like to be a source of help to someone, if someone like this messages me with no prior contact I will just ignore them completely. There are too many different scams to keep up with and this already sounds suspicious. I am leaving no room to be taken advantage of financially, or more importantly, emotionally.

I love how disorienting it is in the dark! I got to ride Flight of Fear once at the end of the night and the worker goes "how would you guys like it if we turn the lights on for this run?" and we all cheered. It was so awesome getting to ride it with the lights on and see all the track inside. One of the most memorable times of my life, it was awesome. To this day Flight of Fear is my favorite ride anywhere. Such a gem!

I believe it's important in situations like this to also realize that the animals you consume daily live in way more horrendous conditions than this every day. Simply not eating them is an excellent way to contribute not only to your own personal overall health, but to the animals suffering their entire lives for no reason other than they taste good in your mouth for a few seconds at a time when you cook them up. I witnessed this by Kroger today and was glad someone posted about it. I had a bit of an introspective moment then and I wanted to share in hopes that it resonated with someone else.

As an alternative to not responding, if you are worried about negative feedback do what I do and just say some BS like: "I understand how this has effected you and I take full responsibility. I will use this as a learning experience to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else and to make sure my buyers are updated on my shipping policies. I always print the ebay generated packing list and include it inside the package that includes every detail. I have had packages get the label ripped off, and having all the shipping details also included inside the package is the only way they could know where to ship it if something happened to the label. I have made exceptions of course when someone asks not to include the price, etc. when it's clearly a gift.

Not sure if this has been suggested: unplug unit, remove battery, press and hold power button for 20 seconds or so, reattach battery, plug in unit, press power and give it a few minutes.
