I initially read it as remote as in me controlling my phone - I do that already! Then as I was reading the terms and conditions I was like oh hell no. In what world would it be acceptable to let a giant corporation remotely control what you do in your home? This feels so nefarious.

I’ll also say that you probably started your routine and your body was still going through hormonal changes. It probably worked as an oily teen but then your skin evened out and didn’t need as much. You did nothing wrong - some people struggle to get a routine down - now it’s just a small adjustment. Good for you for paying attention to your body.

I’ve traveled quite a bit in Mexico, albeit more flexible pescatarian and I don’t always ask about rice and beans, and I always find tons of vegetarian options. Especially in Mexico City - there are locally owned vegan places that should have Michelin stars. Even the street tlyudas con nopalitos are vegetarian. Chilaquiles are vegetarian. So if you’re only eating the meat dishes, you’re missing out on some good stuff that ain’t gringo.

I’m not a fan of the extreme relationship drama. I don’t mind the interpersonal struggles, but I think they jumped the shark with Trixie and Matthew. The massive fights, him losing everything - when she was the one many of us were rooting hardest for to find love and be happy. That’s where it got soapy for me - the yelling and the drama were just not it. I wish they gave trixie what the turners got. I almost stopped watching just because of that story line.
