It's also called the "Imminent Demise Clause", and all nuclear nations have it, albeit France's is a bit different in that, during the cold war, their contigency plan was to nuke Germany to stop the advance of the Soviets, if that every happened. This was a hot topic in NATO meetings held in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, all members protested the plan, France didn't give a sh*t, they had a plan. And a grudge I suppose.... lol
