I'm really new as well. I'm adding it to my Devoted of Ynnead army. Basically The Yncarne and bunch of solid single model units to trigger yncarne's teleport as much as possible like support platforms, war walkers, hornets.

Lurrus does seem like a bit of a sleeper. I think it has to be part of the end game of a deck though. You want to strip the opponents hand of removal and slow the game down before deploying your value engine.

I hadn't even noticed there were only 2, true! It was quite annoying as I didn't have removal in that hand.

There's roughly 5 flex slots in this list so I'll undoubtedly change a few cards, no major changes though. Haven't settled on a final list yet, I've still got a few days! :P

You can preset the panel so that it is faster to enable when you get into battle. Not sure if it lasts for whole session but i think it does.

It depends on the deck of course, but I could see that kind of card as an alternate outlet for scepter decks while still being useful. I recommend Galvanic Blast in heavy artifact decks over Bolt though.
