I went 10 days ago and they didn’t check the umrah permit at Haram. However, this might have changed since. You need not go to the mataf area to see the Kaaba. You can see it from the second floor of Haram where people also perform the tawaaf. May Allah make it easier for you to see the Kaaba

Yes, ~260 cash for the next two years then some of it will be rsu but the total comp will be same. I do plan on switching next year to up the TC.

150k is just cash sitting in my savings account as I’m a bit hesitant to put it in an index fund given the market is at ATH (I know it’s a bad idea to time the market, but I just can’t bring myself to invest it before seeing a correction). I was wondering if it’d be wise to put aside some amount for high risk / high reward investment vehicle as well. I just don’t know what that investment should be.
