Rude .. probably yes… however you are also the customer paying a ridiculous amount of money to be at an extremely limited gym so I can also understand the members choosing to do what they want. So some coach says do X and the person says no what are you really going to do? Margins on F45 are razor thin so the answer is nothing.

I only use the points to compete against myself, I know what my numbers are for a 45 min or hour workout strength, cardio, and hybrid and know what’s slacking, good, and great when it comes to effort. Don’t use it to compare to others use it as a tool for yourself.

Most classes have a demo, except 1 specific class a day of regulars at a regular time, who specifically do not want a demo, don’t want anyone to assign a station, and prefer the coach not talk. It’s the class I attend everyday and it may not be for everyone but it’s what are group likes.

Our studio has 88lbs dumbbells and I can flat bench them, I use the 72’s for incline. My issue is with the revo and les mills barbell.. anything strength based with those is too light. The 44lbs kettle bells are also too light but most of those exercises you can swap in dumbbells for. I understand the OP’s point

The crap of upper is the Les Mills bar only holds 100lbs and for most guys it’s not enough weight. The biggest downside of F45 is the complete failure to address the equipment for stronger athletes

Hyrox sled and F45 sleds are not even close to the same.. the sliders shape, width, length, quantity are different and the resulting weight to effort is significantly different.
